"We know Margaret would probably like to drift off into retirement quietly, but if you get a chance to call her and thank her for everything, I'm sure she would appreciate it."
WELCOME EBONY HART
Firstly, we’d like to introduce Ebony Hart to our clients!!
Ebony will be working with us in our Carrum Downs office and will be assisting with our administration and reception requirements. Ebony comes to us with a background in administration and early education, and is looking forward to helping our clients as best she can. In our interviews, it was clear that Ebony has a focus on doing everything she can to make sure that every interaction you have with her (and by extension us) is a fantastic one and you walk away knowing your problems are in good hands.
GOODBYE MARGARET ATKINSON
The reason for Ebony’s appointment is due to Margaret Atkinson retiring at the end of June.
Margaret has been with us for almost 17 years and there aren’t enough nice words in the world to describe how we feel about Margaret – and as such we will be very sad to see Margaret go. Over the years we’ve become accustomed to hearing “Margaret is so great” from our clients and it will be big loss for us when her final day rolls around. Margaret’s dedication to her work is unquestionable, and she has always done everything she can to help our clients when they call in need of assistance. She not only solves problems, but stops them before they are created, and her impact on our business cannot be understated. Despite our best efforts to keep her in the office, we are excited for her and the next chapter of her life.
When we were going through the hiring process 17 years ago, we did what most businesses do and decided to call the reference Margaret had included on her resume. 20 seconds later, we knew we had the right person as her reference simply said “If I was starting up a business, Margaret would be the first person I’d hire”. Little did we know exactly how true that phrase is.
Behind the scenes we have been training up Ebony and Donna to take over all of our admin requirements, and while we could never replace Margaret, we know that our clients are going to be in good hands.
We know Margaret would probably like to drift off into retirement quietly, but if you get a chance to call her and thank her for everything, I’m sure she would appreciate it.
GOODBYE JODIE SAGDULLAS
Jodie has been with us for a little over a year, and unfortunately due to personal reasons she has needed to hand in her resignation, effective immediately. We greatly appreciate all of Jodie’s hard work and we wish her all the best in the future.
